Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
  • Custody and Securities Management: Oversee the custody and securities management services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional service.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop and implement plans to capture market share, and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in custody and securities management, with a proven track record of leadership and business development.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
