Job Title: Cook

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Cozy Winter Cuisine & Bar Ltd. as a key member of our kitchen staff.

Job Summary:

The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a kitchen environment
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
Working Conditions:

The Cook will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
