Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager at National Bank, you will play a key role in driving the success of our financial institution. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a team of professionals, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Performance: Achieve the expected financial contribution target of the branch by identifying and implementing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Team Development: Provide personalized coaching and training to advisors, the Client Service Manager, and the business development support team to enhance their skills and support their career development.
- Performance Management: Hire, develop, and manage the performance of team members, ensuring that they are equipped to meet the demands of the role.
- Customer Experience: Mobilize the team to deliver a superior customer experience, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support.
- Compliance: Ensure that team members comply with established rules of engagement for customer segmentation, SEO, transaction execution, risk management, regulatory compliance, and branch operating procedures.
- Business Development: Develop a lasting relationship with customers through various activities aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
- Service Quality: Optimize service quality to small businesses, aligning advisor allocation with the branch's market potential.

Requirements- Experience: Between five and ten years of experience in management and coaching of a consulting/business development team, or in business development in the financial field.
- Education: Diploma of College Studies (DEC) and eight to ten years of experience, or Bachelor's degree related to the industry and five to seven years of experience, or Master's degree and five years of experience.
- Professional Certifications: Be a mutual fund representative (REC) and responsible for the compliance of the administrative unit (RCUA) or become one within 3-6 months of hiring.
