About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize equipment performance
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of safety protocols and procedures
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality control processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
