Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shell Gas Station. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
  • Skills: Ability to multitask, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Work Environment:

Our store offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment with opportunities for growth and development. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will work 35-40 hours per week, with free parking available.
