Job Title: Executive Director, Commercial Services

Stonewood Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Director, Commercial Services to lead our company through its next stage of growth. Reporting to the owners, this executive will leverage our company's positioning, momentum, and growing markets to significantly accelerate revenues while delivering operational excellence to enable that growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the owners and senior management team to refine strategic and operating plans, priorities, and options.
  • Support sales leaders in securing projects from existing and new clients.
  • Establish best-practices policies and procedures and direct day-to-day sales and marketing and operations activities.
  • Manage marketing, communications, and promotional materials, including marketing collateral materials, web-based points-of-contact/portals, and advertising programs.
  • Work with brokers and sales agents, holding them accountable while providing necessary support and resources.
  • Research and develop effective marketing strategies and tools that generate potential buyers for properties and the lifestyle they promise.
  • Analyze and evaluate sales and marketing methods, costs, and results, identifying improvements and corrective actions.
  • Plan and coordinate public affairs and communications efforts, representing the company at community and business meetings.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure timely implementation and execution of business and financial plans.
  • Architect the organization, ensuring it has the necessary human resources, processes, and operational capabilities to scale and outperform.
  • Provide direction, performance management, and developmental support to the team, focusing on accelerating business growth, new market development, sector leadership, and profitability.
  • Maintain senior-level relationships with existing and potential customers and strategic partners.
  • Ensure operational milestones are met on time, with high quality, and meet cost objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and opportunities to ensure consideration and pursuit of attractive alliances, acquisitions, and investments.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales/sales management experience in Toronto's condominium market.
  • Strong industry and company growth, committed and well-funded owners, highly entrepreneurial environment, and opportunities to make an impact.
  • Ability to motivate teams, manage several projects, and understand real estate from the ground up.
  • Experience in strategic and tactical planning, sales campaigns, structuring sales quota goals, and revenue expectations.
  • Solid understanding of current trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
  • Natural sales leader with strong negotiating and closing skills.
