Key Responsibilities:
The Director of Sales and Business Development will be responsible for generating sales, increasing revenue, and profitability through establishing and maintaining client relationships. Key duties and responsibilities include:
  • Direct and motivate a high-performing team to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
  • Serve as primary strategic lead for the team and line of business.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to plan and deliver projects effectively and timely.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree and minimum 5-6 years of experience in audit, tax, and/or public accounting or directly relevant experience are required. A CPA, CFA, MBA or other professional designation is highly preferred. Previous experience in recruiting or business development is also a plus.
