Produce Department Lead

Job Description:
Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a talented Produce Supervisor to join its team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Retail Produce and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations in the Produce department to maintain excellent customer experience.
- Achieve established objectives in terms of brand, service levels, quality, and timeliness of delivery and identify areas for improvement.
- Recruit, train, develop, coach, and motivate the department team while fostering a positive work environment.
- Execute sales strategies that support Federated Co-operatives Limited's vision and achieve budgeted goals related to sales, margin, expenses, and inventory.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a leadership role in the Produce department. As a Produce Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Previous Retail Produce experience.
- Retail Team Leadership experience would be an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and strives to be the best in what you do.
