Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
  • Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and provincial/territorial liquor legislation
  • Participate in menu planning and implementation to drive sales growth
  • Manage events and catering services to increase revenue
Requirements:
  • 1-7 months of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Permanent employment with 32.5 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
