About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cook to join our team at VIET LOUNGE. As an executive chef, you will be responsible for leading kitchen operations, preparing high-quality meals, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Planning and Execution:
- Create and implement menus that cater to customers' dietary needs and preferences.
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes that meet our standards.

- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about food preparation and handling procedures.
- Maintain inventory levels, manage food costs, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas to prevent accidents and maintain a hygienic environment.

Requirements:
- Education and Certification:
- A secondary school graduation certificate is required.
- Possession of any relevant certification or training in cooking or hospitality would be an asset.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
