This permanent full-time opportunity offers an estimated salary of $45,000-$60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and services.

Job Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities as a Caregiver will include:

  • Providing personal care and assistance to residents, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assisting with medication administration and monitoring
  • Preparing meals and snacks, and serving residents in a safe and dignified manner
  • Transferring residents between rooms or to outdoor recreational activities
  • Participating in recreation and leisure activities, promoting socialization and engagement among residents
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in healthcare, preferably in a residential setting
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification
  • Able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
