Job Summary

The Sales Associate at Laura Canada is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales through product knowledge and fashion awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by following Laura Canada's service standards.
  • Assess customer needs and add on products accordingly, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, new arrivals, and fashion trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and personalized service.
  • Promote Laura Canada's website, store CRM, loyalty program, and marketing initiatives to customers.
  • Execute all Point of Sale (POS) procedures accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times.
  • Open to feedback and willing to implement changes in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate initiative and a positive attitude.
  • English and/or French language proficiency is required.
