Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will have a valid AZ class license, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods across the country, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Inspect vehicles before and after each trip to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Load and unload goods, using proper lifting techniques to avoid injury.
  • Communicate with dispatch and other drivers to coordinate transportation schedules and routes.
  • Maintain accurate records of cargo, hours of service, and fuel consumption.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure and oil levels.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and improve transportation processes.
Requirements

  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and long hours
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with GPS navigation
