We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Customer Experience Leader to join our team at Imagine Cannabis Co. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing retail team.

Job Summary

The Assistant Store Manager will play a key role in achieving our sales goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and providing personalized product recommendations;
  • Developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction;
  • Leveraging industry knowledge to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and products;
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration;
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in the cannabis industry;
  • A strong background in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues;
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business or a related field;
  • CannSell or Selling it Right Standard Certificate, or willingness to obtain within 6 months;
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
