Business Systems Analyst

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions seeks an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a pivotal role, this position bridges the gap between business operations and IT.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong technical expertise and business acumen to lead small-scale projects, collaborate across departments, and foster a culture of innovation and efficiency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and document requirements by analyzing business needs to create detailed, accurate, and clear requirements that align with organizational goals.
  • Map processes to illustrate workflows, identify inefficiencies, and define improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend solutions by matching requirements to appropriate technologies, systems or other solutions, ensuring feasibility and effectiveness.
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration to uncover inefficiencies and identify automation opportunities.
  • Develop small-scale solutions using tools like Python, PHP, and Power BI to implement targeted improvements.
  • Collaborate on complex projects with IT developers to design and execute advanced technical solutions.
  • Lead projects independently to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Provide technical support offering ongoing assistance for existing business systems, ensuring reliability and effectiveness.
  • Maintain well-documented, ISO-compliant solutions that are user-friendly.
  • Train and guide users by developing comprehensive training materials and providing hands-on support for new systems.
  • Extract and analyze data leveraging databases to gather insights that inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Python, PHP, or an equivalent programming language.
  • Strong understanding of databases; SQL knowledge preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like MS Navision or MS Business Central.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and identify effective solutions.
  • Experience leading small projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a role combining business analysis and technical problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting, or other related field.

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
