Job Summary
We are currently seeking a District Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a team of Sales Representatives, managing their performance, and driving sales results in their assigned territory. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in retail sales and management.

Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for Sales Representatives in their assigned district, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure business results are met and exceeded.
- Manage the hiring process for Sales Representatives, including interviewing, training, and scheduling visits. Monitor and analyze field performance results, establishing team and individual performance objectives with a high level of accountability.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve district and program results, utilizing data to inform decision-making and drive sales growth. Provide regular insights and competitive intelligence to clients and field teams.
- Foster strong relationships with store associates and management through consistent and professional communication, ensuring that client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of prior management experience in retail, merchandising, training, sales, and/or field marketing.
- Previous experience in retail sales and merchandising management in Grocery & big box is strongly preferred. Home office space with Internet connectivity is required.
- Strong computer skills utilizing the internet, email, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within and outside their territory when required.
