Nanny Caregiver

We are seeking a reliable and caring Nanny to join our team at Sara Slavin. As a Nanny, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our clients' children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
Responsibilities- Assume full responsibility for household care in the absence of parents, including meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping.
- Travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
- Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, as well as maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
- Discipline children according to the parents' requested methods and instruct them in personal hygiene and social development.
- Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children.
- Organize activities such as games and outings for children and prepare nutritious meals.
- Supervise and care for children, including taking them to and from school and appointments, and helping with homework.
- CPR and First Aid Certificates.
- Criminal record check and reference required.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads.
- Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and initiative to adapt to changing situations.
- Patience and honesty in dealing with children and families.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in childcare and be able to work 40 hours per week. The work environment is non-smoking and scent-free, with public transportation available.
