Housing Construction Inspector

Trinitystar Developments Inc. is seeking a skilled Housing Construction Inspector to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residential projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate safety programs and assist in their implementation
  • Examine plans, drawings, and site layouts to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Inspect construction of buildings and engineering projects to ensure safe working conditions and adherence to specifications
  • Provide training and information to employers, employees, and the general public on safety protocols and best practices
  • Enforce compliance with electrical and plumbing installations, steel and concrete installation codes, and other relevant regulations
  • Inspect sewer systems and pipelines to ensure they meet safety and quality standards
  • Conduct regular inspections of new and resale homes to ensure they meet our quality and safety standards
Requirements:
  • College or CEGEP education
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
