About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Supervisor to join our team at Rhino Demolition & Disposal Services Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities
    • Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
    • Coordinate the work of cleaning staff to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities
    • Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Assist Cleaning Staff

  • Coordinate with Other Departments

Requirements
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role.

  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability
    • Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.
