About the Role

KIREI Cleaning & Building Maintenance Ltd. is seeking a qualified Cleaning Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our cleaning team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and safety standards in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services as required, such as painting, repairs, or replacement of equipment and furnishings.
  • Assist cleaning staff with their duties as needed and provide guidance and training to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Establish work schedules and coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Work Environment:

As a Cleaning Operations Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and varying work schedules. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.

Requirements:
  • Secondary school graduation certificate.
  • 1-7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physically fit and able to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods.
