Retail Store Manager

Stuffy Riders is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to lead our retail operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train staff to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Order merchandise and authorize returns to maintain inventory levels
- Establish work schedules and ensure compliance with company policies
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to meet business objectives
- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
