Job Title: Retail Store Manager

Stuffy Riders is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to lead our retail operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Order merchandise and authorize returns to maintain inventory levels
  • Establish work schedules and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to meet business objectives
  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Standing for extended periods
