As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our database system. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in data entry and possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and register documents for data entry
  • Enter data according to specified format
  • Transfer data between software systems
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of data
  • Store, update, and maintain databases
  • Perform backup procedures to ensure data preservation
  • Perform general office duties
  • Classify, label, and store diskettes/disks and tapes of data
  • Create digital records using a scanner
  • Transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week. We offer relocation assistance to successful candidates.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year based on experience. Relocation costs covered by employer.
