At On Side Restoration, we're seeking a skilled Contents Technician to join our team in Halifax. As a key member of our disaster recovery team, you'll play a vital role in helping clients restore their personal and commercial items to their pre-disaster state.
The Job:
As a Contents Technician, you'll work closely with customers to assess and restore their damaged belongings. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with customers to identify and prioritize restoration needs
- Packing and cataloging contents from disaster-affected areas
- Using Encircle Restoration Software to track and manage restoration projects
- Cleaning and restoring contents and structures
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure timely and efficient restoration
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (or French in QC)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
