Overview

We're seeking a talented individual to join our Management Training Program at Enterprise Holdings. As a Management Trainee, you'll embark on a structured learning journey that combines hands-on experience with comprehensive training and mentorship.

Our program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in sales, customer service, finance, and operations. You'll work closely with our experienced team members to develop your expertise and build a strong foundation for a successful career.

Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and sales support
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Managing branch operations and ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent
  • 6 months of cumulative experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or a related field
  • A valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions within the last 5 years
  • Authorization to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company
