Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Worker to join our team at Compass Group Canada. As a Food Service Worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food to order, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the success of the restaurant.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
