Overview
At FOOD FACTORY KITCHEN & CATERING LTD., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the operations team, including managing records, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports
* Supervise and train administrative staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
* Plan and administer budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
* Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
Requirements
* 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role
* College/CEGEP education
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
