Construction Department Manager Job Summary
This role requires an experienced construction professional to lead our construction department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the construction department to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and processes to improve department efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior management to establish departmental goals, objectives, and priorities.
- Manage budgets, resources, and risks to optimize department performance.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction, Engineering, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is preferred.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 10 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven track record of managing multiple construction projects, using various contracting formats, and managing change.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in technical and contractual problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
