Job Summary:

Vantix Systems Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Storage Analyst to provide architectural and development expertise for various cloud data platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, data governance, and compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop cloud architecture and services for data platforms.
  • Collaborate with data architects, engineers, and analysts to optimize cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Automate routine tasks using Azure Automation, Terraform, PowerShell, GitHub/GitHub Actions, Ansible, and other scripting tools.
  • Manage and monitor Azure cloud infrastructure, including performance, troubleshooting, security controls, and cost management.
  • Participate in a 7/24/365 on-call rotation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field of study.
  • 4 years' broad experience of one or more of the OS platforms that connect to the shared storage environment (Windows, Linux, VMWare, AIX, HPUX, Solaris).
  • 4 years' experience with data governance, data privacy, and compliance regulations.
  • Able to work remotely and be available for on-site meetings when requested.

Working Environment:

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication. The role will involve working with various stakeholders, including data architects, engineers, and analysts.
