About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cellular Network Specialist to join our team at Saha Ventures Inc. as a Telecommunications Equipment Technician. As a Wireless Communication Expert, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment, including cellular networks and telephone systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Diagnose and locate equipment faults, and adjust, replace or repair telecommunications equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • System Installation: Install, arrange, remove and maintain telephone equipment, wiring and associated hardware to meet customer requirements.
  • Troubleshooting: Analyze test results and adjust, change or repair switching system, network, associated equipment and software to resolve transmission faults.
  • Reporting: Complete and maintain test and service reports to document work completed and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by determining the nature, cause and location of trouble, and communicating effectively with customers to resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
