Job Summary

Saha Ventures Inc. is seeking a skilled Cellular Network Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our telecommunications equipment and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Diagnose and repair faults in telecommunications equipment, including cellular network infrastructure and telephone systems.
  • Network Optimization: Analyze test results to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize network performance.
  • Installation and Removal: Install, arrange, and remove telephone equipment, wiring, and associated hardware.
  • Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers and internal teams to resolve issues related to telecommunications equipment and services.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, test results, and customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in telecommunications equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
