Automotive Delivery Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Delivery Specialist to join our team at Bumper to Bumper. As a key member of our delivery operations, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of automotive parts to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and complete orders for delivery, verifying invoices to ensure accuracy
- Examine merchandise condition at delivery or prior to acceptance, and obtain customer sign-off
- Organize daily pick-up of customer cores, returns, and warranties without disrupting delivery efficiency
- Accurately record all deliveries and pickups, ensuring proper paperwork accompanies customer cores, returns, and warranties
- Comply with electronic delivery principles and standards
- Report any customer complaints or dissatisfaction to the Dispatcher and/or Manager
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure compliance with road regulations
- Check-in with Dispatcher and/or Manager on delivery progress and delays
- Participate in cycle count programs and annual physical inventory

Requirements

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High interpersonal skills for developing and maintaining working relationships
- Ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds
