Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control the operation of aircraft systems during flight, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate flight activities with ground crews and air traffic control, providing clear instructions and guidance to crew members.
  • Conduct pre-flight inspections of aircraft, verifying that all systems are functioning properly and that weight and balance specifications are met.
  • Communicate effectively with flight dispatchers, weather forecasters, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth flight operations.
  • Prepare and submit detailed flight evaluation reports, highlighting any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
