Wooden Door Assembler

We are seeking a skilled Wooden Door Assembler to join our team at Wescon Cedar Products Ltd.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling wood products, including window sashes, doors, boxes, pallets, ladders, and barrels. They will also assemble door panels, trusses, or modular components to make prefabricated housing. Additionally, they will inspect wood products for conformance to quality standards, mark defective parts or products for repair, trim, smooth, and shape surfaces, and make minor adjustments and repairs.
Responsibilities:- Assemble wood products, including window sashes, doors, boxes, pallets, ladders, and barrels
- Assemble door panels, trusses, or modular components to make prefabricated housing
- Inspect wood products for conformance to quality standards
- Mark defective parts or products for repair
- Trim, smooth, and shape surfaces
- Make minor adjustments and repairs
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience in assembly line work
- Knowledge of woodworking and quality control
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Flexibility, organization, and reliability
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced assembly line environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. They will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
