We're redefining how professionals manage and leverage their networks at Affinity, a leading platform for relationship intelligence. As our VP of Engineering, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our innovative CRM product and platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of our CRM product and platform, ensuring peak performance and user experience.
  • Direct our technical and architectural roadmap, aligning with business and product needs.
  • Grow and scale the engineering team, shaping its composition and hiring needs.
  • Craft a technical strategy and roadmap, focusing on delivering high-quality, great usability, and fast performance.
  • Manage technical debt, prioritizing improvements to code quality, systems, and engineering processes.
Requirements:
  • 13+ years of experience building scalable web applications with large volumes of data and rich visualizations.
  • ~8+ years in an engineering leadership role, overseeing teams of 10 or more.
  • Experience developing, coaching, and managing engineering leaders.
  • Care personally about the people you work with and help them grow and develop in their careers.
  • Experience recruiting and closing engineering candidates.
  • Passion for designing, evolving, and optimizing the development process.
  • Balance short-term business priorities with long-term investment and strategy.
  • Take pride in delivering an exceptionally high-quality product.
