About the Role

We are seeking an experienced VP of Engineering to lead our engineering team and drive the development of our innovative CRM product and platform. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the technical vision and strategy of our company, and for ensuring that our engineering team is delivering high-quality software that meets the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the engineering team and provide technical direction and guidance to ensure that our software is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and work with cross-functional teams to ensure that our software meets those needs.
  • Collaborate with our product management team to develop and prioritize our product roadmap, and to ensure that our engineering team is delivering against that roadmap.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our technology stack and ensure that our engineering team is using best practices and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure that our software is meeting their needs and expectations.
Requirements
  • 13+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a strong background in software development and engineering.
  • Experience leading large-scale software development projects and teams.
  • Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
