Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and pet-loving individual to join our team as a Pet Ambassador. As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for promoting our pet products and services in-store and at events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent our brand in a professional and friendly manner, building relationships with store associates, store management, and pet parents.
  • Provide store associates with pet health, nutrition, and product knowledge to increase recommendations and sales.
  • Build brand awareness and affinity by engaging with pet parents and their pets in-store and at events.
  • Delight customers by sharing pet health and nutrition information and making personalized product recommendations.
  • Set up demos/displays as required and maintain client-provided material.
Requirements
  • Pet enthusiast with a passion for pet health and nutrition.
  • Access to reliable transportation to visit multiple stores in your area.
  • Experience working with pets (preferred, not required).
  • RVT, AHT, BSc, or MSc in the pet field (preferred, not required).
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
