Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and pet-loving individual to join our team as a Pet Ambassador. As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and driving sales in-store and at events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent our brand in a professional and engaging manner, building relationships with store associates, management, and pet parents.
  • Provide expert knowledge on pet health, nutrition, and products to store associates and pet parents, driving recommendations and sales.
  • Build brand awareness and affinity through in-store and event interactions, sharing pet health and nutrition information, and making personalized product recommendations.
  • Support special projects and initiatives to drive sales and brand growth.
Requirements
  • Pet enthusiast with a passion for pet health and nutrition.
  • Access to reliable transportation to visit multiple stores in your area.
  • Experience working with pets (preferred, not required).
  • RVT, AHT, BSc, or MSc in the pet field (preferred, not required).
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
