Welding Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welding Instructor to join our team at NAIT. As a Welding Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to students in our Welding Apprenticeship program.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver curriculum for welding courses, including lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations.
- Teach welding techniques and principles to students, including hands-on training and demonstrations.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students, including grading and evaluation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders to ensure program relevance and effectiveness.
- Stay current with industry developments and advancements in welding technology.
- Participate in program development and review, including curriculum development and program evaluation.
- Master's degree in a related field, such as welding engineering or education.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in welding education or industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of welding processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
