**Job Summary:**
As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities on site, ensuring the project runs smoothly from start to finish. You will work closely with the Project Management team to deliver a high-quality finished product while managing the schedule and budget.

**Responsibilities:**

* Manage job site coordination, including day-to-day activities and ensuring the project runs smoothly
* Manage subtrade and supplier relationships, mitigating issues that may arise during the project
* Work in partnership with the Project Management team to deliver a high-quality finished product
* Meet with architects, consultants, and clients to manage project issues and maintain positive working relationships
* Use Microsoft and other web-based software to manage labour, materials, and equipment, cost coding, expense submittals, field reports, schedules, meeting minutes, request for changes, etc.
* Monitor and manage project budget, minimizing project costs through inventive methods and regular financial reporting to management
* Ensure compliance to Work Safe BC regulations

**What You Bring:**

* Experience in a superintendent role overseeing ICI projects from start to finish
* Eligibility to work in Canada on a full-time basis
* Strong grasp of current construction practices, including familiarity with construction documents, drawings, and specifications
* Strong knowledge of safety programs and procedures in BC and how to ensure they are followed on site at all times
* Adequate computer skills to communicate with all project stakeholders
* Experience using project management software is an asset
