Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and quality food
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Hire food service staff and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customer complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or retail environment
- High school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
