Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of executive-level experience in Operations as COO or equivalent
  • Proven track record in leading operational organizations through significant change, including turnarounds and restructuring
  • Strong operational, strategic, and analytical skills
  • Exceptional ability to quickly assess situations, develop action plans, and deliver results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure, dynamic environments
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • Incorporated in Canada (if needed, we provide all the resources to help with incorporation)

We estimate the salary for this position to be between $120,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
