Maple Hills Rural Community is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Administrative Officer to lead our organization in achieving its strategic objectives.

About the Role

The Chief Administrative Officer will report directly to the Rural Community Council and be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our short- and long-term vision and plans. This includes ensuring multi-stakeholder decision-making and sound management of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure effective delivery of services
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community members, partners, and government agencies
  • Ensure effective management of resources, including budgeting and financial planning
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
