**About the Role**

CanadaOne Auto Group is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This exciting opportunity will enable you to develop your skills and knowledge in digital marketing while contributing to the growth of our automotive dealerships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in the development and execution of advertising strategies across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, email, direct mail, TV, radio, print, and OOH.
  • Liaise with the broader marketing team and dealership managers to determine priorities and monthly budgets.
  • Help plan and execute dealership events such as sales events, model launches, customer appreciation events, and sponsorship activations.
  • Vendor Management: Keep agencies and vendors on target, and assist in evaluating their performance.
  • Compliance & Alignment: Work with Manufacturer Marketing Representatives to coordinate and align their marketing efforts with our localized campaigns, ensuring compliance of all marketing materials and websites.
  • Maintain monthly advertising budgets, track and report on key metrics including website traffic, showroom traffic, sales, internet leads, and phone calls.
  • Digital Presence: Assist with maintaining and updating dealership websites, managing local listings, and overseeing social media sites.
  • Email Marketing: Advertising Co-Op: Manage advertising Co-Op Programs.

**Requirements:**

  • 1-2 years of professional or co-op based marketing experience, preferably in digital marketing.
  • General knowledge of digital marketing tactics including paid search (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), SEO, social media (paid and organic), and video marketing.
  • Google Analytics (GA4), and other analytics tools to interpret, analyze, and leverage data effectively.
  • Data-Driven: Proven experience using data and metrics to evaluate campaign impact, measure ROI, and drive improvements.
  • Automotive Experience: Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
