Job Summary
We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of the objectives of your store, managing activities related to store operations, and ensuring the application of standards, procedures, and programs established by New Look.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the achievement of the objectives of your store;
- Manage activities related to store operations;
- Ensure the application of standards, procedures, and programs established by New Look;
- Provide quality customer service that meets the company's standards of excellence;
- Train new employees and support their professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience managing a team;
- Significant results in achieving objectives and controlling operating costs;
- Ability to communicate effectively;
- Leadership and ability to motivate and mobilize a sales team;
- Organizational skills, priority management, and ability to manage pressure;
- Bilingualism (English, French), an asset.
