Nordic Bearings is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Warehouse Associate. This position will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our warehouse division.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the loading and unloading of goods from trucks, trailers, and other equipment.
  • Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Unpack and route goods to their designated storage areas, maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Maintain internal record-keeping systems to track inventory levels, shipments, and orders.
  • Adhere to safe storage and handling procedures for chemicals and materials.
  • Document inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping.
  • Comply with quality service standards and follow established procedures, rules, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Able to lift, push, and slide heavy objects safely.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and management.
  • Able to work independently and make decisions within a structured environment.
  • Team player with strong attention to detail.
  • Prior warehouse experience is an asset but not required.
