Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and self-sufficient Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Convoy Supply Ltd. As a key member of our Sudbury location, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the growth of our fast-paced business.

Responsibilities:
  • Process customer transactions, including orders, quotes, and returns.
  • C coordinate delivery and/or pickup of customer orders with the operations team.
  • Educate customers on various products and their applications.
  • Generate, place, and confirm purchase orders with suppliers.
  • Receive payment for merchandise or services sold and log sales into the computer.
  • Participate in physical inventory of warehouse materials.

Requirements:
  • Experience assisting customers with product procurement, preferably in the building supply and/or construction industry.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to respond quickly and accurately to inquiries.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Decision-making and initiative-taking abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A respectful team player attitude.
