Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Experience Architect Lead to join our Product Design team at T-Net British Columbia.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading multi-year experience design strategies across our complex portfolio of products and personas. This role requires strong business acumen, the ability to create solutions that scale across short and long-term customer and business goals simultaneously, and a deep desire to help everyone (customers, stakeholders, and employees) do their best possible work.

About the Role
  • Experience Design Leadership: Lead high-impact, multi-year experience design strategies across our complex portfolio of products and personas.
  • Northstar Artifacts: Create northstar artifacts that inspire and provoke customer-focused roadmaps and designs, aligning short-term work with longer-term impact.
  • Technical Alignment: Partner with technology leaders to ensure alignment of technical and experience strategy and architecture.
  • Architecture Skills Development: Build architecture skills across the design organization.
  • Design Clarity and Alignment: Drive clarity and alignment across design efforts, across initiative and product boundaries.
  • Design Quality Frameworks: Contribute to frameworks for assessing and scaling design quality.
  • Maturity and Scaling: Contribute to process and operations to mature and scale design.
  • Experience Architecture Team: Initiate an experience architecture team as the design organization scales.

  • Expertise in Experience Design Architecture: Demonstrated expertise in experience design architecture.
  • Business Acumen: Business acumen and ability to connect design strategy to business value.
  • Solution-Oriented: Ability to create solutions that scale across short and long-term customer and business goals simultaneously.
  • Team Player: Deep desire to help everyone (customers, stakeholders, and employees) do their best possible work.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: Competitive, equitable salary ($124,000 - $160,000 per year, based on location and experience).
  • Hybrid Work Environment: Hybrid work environment, with expectation for local Clions (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, and Dublin) to be in office minimum once per week on one of our Anchor Days.
