Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Room Attendant Supervisor to join our team at Quality Inn and Suites.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service.
  • Conduct regular room inspections to ensure that all rooms are clean and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to ensure that all rooms are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment to ensure that they are always available and in good working order.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all guest requests are met and that the hotel is running smoothly.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a housekeeping or supervisory role is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
