Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Room Attendant Supervisor to join our team at Quality Inn and Suites.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaning staff, ensuring that our hotel rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections of hotel rooms and public areas to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hotel industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physical ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies.
