About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Vape Inn Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Process Transactions: Scan items, receive payment for goods or services, and reconcile daily/shift payments with total sales.
  • Assist Customers: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stock and Merchandise: Receive and stock merchandise, weigh produce and bulk foods, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive and respectful work environment, and support store operations.
Work Environment

As a Retail Sales Associate at Vape Inn Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
